A Public Identifier is also known as an account ID. This account ID is required to complete the transfer. With an update, now this account ID becomes a primary key to transfer a Google Workspace subscription to the reseller account. As a result, this step eliminates the need to transfer tokens. Here’s the step to locate the Account ID:
1. Sign in to the Partner Sales Console.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under Account Information, copy your account ID.
This Account ID will be shared with the customer to begin the transfer.
Step 2: Help Your Customer Create the Transfer Authorization
To proceed with the transfer, guide the customer through the new authorization process:
1. Share Your Account ID: Share the reseller account ID with the customer. That indicates your public identifier for authorization.

- Enter the domain or Cloud Identity ID, then click Transfer.
