RenovationHub is a complete design that helps to connect homeowners in Malaysia. This application is developed using technologies like Next.js, Laravel, and Firebase. RenovationHub provides a user-friendly navigation. Through this users can easily explore renovation options, view project details, and easily interact with service providers. The platform also includes a mobile application, enhanced accessibility, and user engagement.

Centralized Hub: Here, it requires a centralized platform for homeowners to easily find and hire renovators.

User-Friendly Interface: A platform that will be easy to use, and provides a user-friendly interface. So, users can easily search, view, and interact with renovation projects.

Efficiency and Accuracy: Allow users to find affordable and accurate renovation solutions. Also, easily connect with the renovators.

Future Scalability: Also, want a design that is easily scalable for the future. And include additional services like salons, healthcare, tuition, and more.

Challenges

Integration of Technologies: Our developer combines Next.js, Laravel, MySQL, and other technologies. For that, our team plan for seamless integration. That ensures smooth performance and gives a user-friendly experience.

User Role Management: As per client requirement we develop a complete system. Through this users can handle multiple user roles and permissions effectively.

User Role-Specific Features

With the role-specific feature client can give a role case permission. As a result, each user role (Super Admin, Admin, Supplier, Guest User) has access to specific features and permissions.

Supplier Contributions

In the application, suppliers can post projects. Which can be liked, shared, and approved by admins.

Agent Modules

Our team developed a functionality for Marketing and Exclusive Agents. That includes target assignments and commission tracking.

Notification System

Posted projects can be approved and disapproved by the admin. For that, our team enables push notifications for mobile apps and email notifications. That can share a real-time message for post approvals or disapprovals.

Social Media Integration

With the application, users can share projects on platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook. Even shared links display meta images and descriptions.

Auto-Login for Mobile

We implemented an auto-login for the mobile app. As a result, users can log in through a unique URL-based code generation.

Development Process/Implementation

Requirement Gathering: Before starting on any project our team conducted detailed requirements for the scope of Phase 1. Also, define the requirements for user roles, features, and functionalities.

Design and Planning: With the gathered requirements we share project timelines and milestones. As per requirements we design wireframes and mockups for user interfaces. Even our team designed a user-friendly system architecture, database schema, and API endpoints.

Frontend Development: Our team developed a responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly interface using Next.js.

Backend Development: While using the RESTful APIs technologies and Laravel for business logic we complete the backend development.

Database Management: For large data management our team carefully set up MySQL for efficient data storage and retrieval.

Interactive Elements: Our team utilized jQuery, HTML, and Ajax for dynamic and interactive UI components.

Testing: Our team does a complete testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. That helped us to identify and fix bugs, ensuring all features worked as expected.
