HR Executive/Manager

Job Summary:

• We are looking for female candidate having fresher to 4 years of experience for the post of HR executive/manager at Hashcrypt Technologies.
• The job is full time and on site only, at our office located at Rajkot, Gujarat.
• The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives to maintain and enhance the organization's human resources process by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Recruit and Onboard new hires
• Conduct performance management and provide feedback
• Manage Payroll and benefits for employees

Qualification / Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Fresher to 4 years experience in human resources management in IT sector
• Ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Good organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
