IT Sales Executive

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Hashcyrpt Technologies Pvt. Ltd. As a IT Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our software solutions to clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Identify and target potential clients in the designated market segment for our software products and services.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor product presentations accordingly.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand client base.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our software products.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, following company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, targets, and progress to the sales manager.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to offer informed recommendations to clients.
Qualification / Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Software Sales Executive, preferably in the software or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of software products and technology solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build influence clients.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
  • MCA/M.Tech/B.E/M.Sc./MBA or equivalent experience in related field is preferred.
